We are a musical melting pot. On any given Shabbat evening, our congregants gather from different walks of life, different backgrounds and races, and different neighborhoods.  Yet when we bring our voices together in song, we are truly one united congregation.  Part of what makes Temple Beth Sholom a sacred community is that we always come together to support each other in times of healing and pain as well as in joy and gratitude. Music is integrated into all aspects of our synagogue life -- from birth to death, from loss to celebration, from the youth to the wise of heart -- to elevate and soothe the hearts and souls of our congregants. Yes, we are one.

Temple Beth Sholom infuses our sacred traditions and teachings with new life and new breath, making it relevant and accessible.  We strive to offer a blend of modern musical settings with our rich cantorial tradition.

Temple Beth Sholom believes in elevating its congregants by cultivating a community of chanters, vocalists, instrumentalists, and choral singers.  We invite you to explore all of the opportunities to get involved musically and, in the words of the Psalmist, to “sing a new and glorious song to God.”
