Pre-Mitzvah Weekend Collection Projects
Please bring these items to be collected on Mitzvah Day. This year, in addition to collecting items in the Welcome Center, project captains will also be accepting Amazon delivery items to their homes or offices. You now have the option of making purchases directly through Amazon (double the mitzvah by using Amazon Smile and supporting TBS) wish lists purchases! Look out for the link in Temple Talk in the upcoming weeks.
• School supplies, books, and magazines for children and adults at Chapman Partnership Homeless Shelter. Amazon Wish List.
• New and gently used books for the Children’s Trust
• New and gently used clothing (must be sorted into separate bags for men’s, women’s and boys’, girls’, and children’s clothing) for a variety of shelters
• Non-perishable food items and Publix gift cards for the students at Toussaint L’Ouverture Elementary School
• New and gently used sports equipment for various shelters. Amazon Wish List.
• Diapers and Pull-ups of all sizes for Kids in Distress. Amazon Wish List.
• Toiletries, diapers, white towels, and white sheets for the families at Lotus House. Amazon Wish List.
