CJL LOGO FINAL JPEGCreate a Jewish Legacy, Greater Miami Jewish Federation

In conjunction with our Legacy Endowment Campaign, Temple Beth Sholom has proudly partnered with the Greater Miami Jewish Federation’s: Create a Jewish Legacy (CJL) program. Create a Jewish Legacy is a collaborative effort of area synagogues, agencies and day schools joining forces to assure a brighter and more secure Jewish future. This vital partnership proves that strength in numbers can forge incredible results.

Representatives of these organizations receive state-of-the-art training in order to become experts and assist community members in creating legacy gifts for the causes they care about today, in order that those institutions will thrive for generations to come.  No matter how large or small your contribution is, every dollar is valued. Together we can assist you in tailoring your gift to match your budget, goals and values.

This partner program is specifically designed to enable donors to fulfill their philanthropic goals while strengthening Miami’s Jewish community; now and in the future. CJL will help sustain vital programs, services and institutions that assist the vulnerable and advance Jewish life in Miami, in Israel and around the world.

Now in its third successful year in Miami, Create a Jewish Legacy is partnering with seventeen community organizations including Temple Beth Sholom. Since 2012, a total of 552 donors have promised to provide $33 million dollars in endowment gifts as a result of this community-wide effort. Temple Beth Sholom is proud to be a partner in CJL.

A full listing of these organizations can be found here.
