Family Shabbat Experience

Our School for Living Judaism (SLJ) invites you to a Family Shabbat experience on designated Saturdays. We provide a multi-generational experience exploring Jewish values and helping families develop a “shared tool kit” and a common language for living a Jewish life. While Family Shabbat is a required part of our SLJ program, all of our Temple families are encouraged to join us! For more information or to RSVP contact Ana Sheridan.

 Remaining dates

  • February 24: All Temple Beth Sholom families are invited to join us for a Family Shabbat where we will tell our personal Jewish stories! Please RSVP. Remember that this program is part of the SLJ curriculum, though open to all! We will meet on the 3rd floor of TBS in the Matnas. Together we will explore the Jewish story of Esther as relayed in the Megillah (scroll) that we read on Purim, and then create our own personal and family Megillot using art and creativity! We look forward to sharing our personal and collective Jewish stories together (and maybe even nosh some hamantashen)!
