Temple Beth Sholom provides a wide range of opportunities to get involved with your Temple and community, including committees, volunteering, Sisterhood WRJ, and Chavurot.
Volunteering
Through their hard work and dedication, volunteers are the heart and soul of our synagogue. Whether they prepare food for our monthly Feeding Program, Mazon, visit people who are sick (Bikkur Holim), or help plan fun Temple social events, our volunteers are Involved in every aspect of Temple life. We invite you to get involved. It is fun and rewarding.
Friendship = Chavurot
A Chavurah is a group of 8 to12 individuals or families who get together on a regular basis to celebrate Jewish life through holiday celebrations, social activities, Jewish study or rituals and performing Mitzvot. Being part of a Chavurah allowsyou to become part of a congregation within a congregation and to create ties with other Temple members who share similar interests, values and traditions.
